Rounding out Jeff’s corporate, private and public experience Jeff has completed transactions as a broker with either CBRE, JPA/Americorp or Incline Advisors, where he is the founder and currently the managing partner. Among concerns he has represented are Family Dollar, TitleMax, Washington Mutual, Old Country Buffet, FootAction USA, American Express, Boston Market and a host of small and mid-sized local and regional concerns. Jeff is an expert at marketing and exposing real estate. He has successfully marketed and sold millions of dollars of Chicagoland assets including REO assignments for Amcore, The Great Bank, Private Bank, PNC, The FDIC and a host of institutional investors and private entrepreneurs. Jeff has completed transactions on free standing retail, investment properties, multifamily and mixed use, industrial, office, value added, special use, land and vacant commercial real estate. Further deepening his experience Jeff had his own property management company for over 15 years, managing properties for institutional and private owners, as well as his own account.
